What are ForestTreks?

Forest Treks are downloadable audio walking guides to places you visit. If you like to walk and excercise, then why not find out about the locality as you explore.

The downloads are in MP3 format and can be uploaded to your own MP3 player or iPod.

Some of the guides have GPS data of the route that you can upload into your Hand-held GPS unit.
